These Terms & Conditions govern your relationship with the bewin platform (bewin.wine). By creating an account or using our services, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

We want you to fully understand these terms, so we've made every effort to write them in plain, simple language. If any section is unclear, our support team is always on hand to help.

Bewin is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform built with Bangladeshi users in mind. All operations are conducted under an international gaming licence.

To open an account at bewin, the following requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.
• Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are found, all will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide your correct full name, mobile number, and date of birth at registration. Providing inaccurate details may cause issues with payouts later.
• Only one account may be opened per mobile number.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is strictly prohibited.

To update any information provided during registration, you will need to contact the support team and verify your identity with the required documents.

Bewin verifies user identities in accordance with international standards. This is done for your own security.

You may be asked to submit identity documents in the following situations:

• Before your first large withdrawal
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account
• If date of birth confirmation is required
• To verify ownership of a payment method

Accepted ID documents: National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. Images must be clear and legible.

Large withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete. Deposits and betting will generally remain available in the meantime. The verification process is typically completed within 24 hours.

• No additional fees on deposits

Withdrawal:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Payouts via bKash and Nагаd are processed on average within 15 minutes.
• Rocket typically takes 30 minutes
• 2–4 hours for bank transfer
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Daily maximum withdrawal limit is determined by your account tier

If fraud or money laundering is suspected, bewin reserves the right to temporarily hold any withdrawal pending investigation. If cleared, the full amount will be returned.

The following rules apply to all bets placed at bewin:

• Bet Confirmation: Once you click the "Confirm Bet" button, the bet is final. Cancellation is not possible except in the case of a technical error.
• Odds Change: If odds change after a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.
• Match Cancelled: If a match is officially cancelled, any single bet placed on that match will be voided and the original stake refunded.
• Match Suspension: If a match is postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the bet will be considered void.
• Live Betting: Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
• Accumulator Bet: If one selection in an accumulator is voided, the bet will be recalculated using the remaining selections.
• Obvious Error Odds: bewin reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous.

Bewin strives to ensure accurate and fair results at all times. If you have a dispute over any outcome, please contact support within 72 hours.

Bewin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Turnover Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete the required number of turnovers. This number is specified separately for each offer.
• Minimum Odds: Bets counted toward turnover must generally have odds of 1.50 or higher.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has an expiry period. If the turnover requirement is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or by other dishonest means will result in account closure.
• Welcome Bonus: For new members only, applicable on the first deposit. Can only be claimed once.
• Cashback: Cashback bonuses generally carry lower turnover requirements. See the relevant offer page for full details.

Bewin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. However, the terms of a bonus already claimed will not be altered.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at bewin and will result in permanent account closure:

Bewin may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of prohibited activity is found
• If you fail to cooperate with identity verification
• If evidence is found that you registered using false information
• Due to a court order or legal obligation
• At your own request (self-exclusion)

If an account is closed and a valid balance remains (provided no prohibited activity is involved), it will be refunded. You may also request to close your account at any time by contacting support.

As part of responsible gaming, you can exclude yourself from the platform for a set period (self-exclusion). During this time, you will not be able to log in to your account.

In short, bewin:

• Does not sell your data to third parties
• Only collects information necessary to provide the service
• All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption
• May share information with authorities when required by law
• Can delete your data upon request (unless required to retain it by law)

Bewin is committed to delivering the highest quality service. However, there are limits to our liability in certain circumstances:

• Bewin is not liable for lost bets resulting from internet disconnection or device issues
• Bewin is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to your account (e.g., if you have shared your password)
• If the service is disrupted due to a natural disaster or force majeure event
• For financial losses caused by a user's own mistakes or negligence

If you suffer a loss due to a technical fault on bewin's end, we are committed to providing appropriate compensation. Please contact support promptly in such situations.

Bewin may update these terms and conditions as needed. If changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be changed
• You will be notified via your registered mobile number or email for any significant changes
• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any major changes

If you continue using the platform after changes take effect, you will be considered to have accepted the updated terms. If you object to the new terms, you may request to close your account.
